Schedule: It is important to note that this is predominantly a term time role where Annual Leave is to be taken in school holidays and there are an additional 4 weeks off in August.
Job Role Summary
The Regional Travel Advisor plays a key role in growing our presence within a defined geographical area by building strong, meaningful relationships with schools. It’s a dynamic mix of proactive sales and personalised account management – all about finding the right travel solutions that meet each school’s educational goals and practical needs.
It’s a field-based, target-driven position that calls for initiative, independence, and strong interpersonal skills. Regional Travel Advisors act as the key connection between schools and the wider business – providing a consistent, professional, and engaging experience at every stage of the customer journey. From the first conversation to a trip’s departure, the focus is on building trust, understanding each school’s unique needs, and creating memorable travel experiences that make a real impact.

Personal Requirements
- Proven success in targeted sales or business development (ideally in travel or education)
- Natural ability to connect with people, build rapport quickly and earn trust easily.
- Clear and confident communicator
- Self-motivated and target driven
- Ability to manage time, prioritise and a pipeline independently while still being part of a wider team
- Passionate about travel and making a positive impact through education
- Ability to travel regionally and occasionally nationally; full UK driving licence required
