Peak Season Ski Rep

Select School Skiing are looking for positive, enthusiastic, and well-organised Peak Season Reps to help ensure that our school groups enjoy the best possible ski trip, both on and off the slopes during the 2025/26 ski season.

We will always fly our reps out to resort ahead of the group (apart from trips to North America) to allow reps to familiarize themselves with the resort and liaise with the key suppliers such as the hotel,  ski school, ski hire and lift pass office in preparation of the group’s arrival.

Essential criteria

  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Enthusiasm for working with children
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Flexible, positive attitude
  • Initiative
  • Availability for 8-10 days per trip

Preferable skills

  • Previous experience of working with school groups
  • German, Italian, French or Spanish language skills
  • Passion for winter sports

Package

  • £185 per week
  • Full board accommodation
  • Transport to and from resort
  • 5 or 6-day lift pass
  • 5 or 6-day ski equipment hire
  • Full baggage and medical insurance including winter sports
  • Uniform (ski jacket, fleece, and t-shirts)
